Welcome to the Energy Saving Trust in Scotland

 

The Energy Saving Trust has a team of 12 expert staff based in Edinburgh, working to deliver our extensive range of Scottish activities.

Scotland plays a full part in the Energy Saving Trust's UK-wide programmes. There are also a number of a programmes developed especially for Scotland. These include grants for small-scale renewables through the Scottish Community and Householder Renewables Initiative and services to small businesses through the Business Adviser programme.

The Energy Saving Trust's work in Scotland is funded by the Scottish Government and we work closely with a number of departments within the Government. We also have close working relationships with Scottish local authorities, housing associations and the voluntary sector

We support small businesses and organisations in the public and private sector to become more resource efficient, with expert advice and help to make their fleets more efficient. Find out about grants for community groups who want to use renewable energy.
